What Do We Do?

Greeters

Welcome newcomers and returning members with warmth.​

Outside Greeters welcome visitors, offer a Visitor name tag, collect name and email
information so we can stay in touch with them. If someone needs the elevator, a Greeter will direct them.

Upstair Greeters

Help visitors, offer directions and assist during the service.

Inside Greeters insure people have visitor or permanent name tag, assist people with
creating a visitor name tag or finding their permanent one, offer an Order of Service, invite to use a Joy or Concern card.

Ushers

​Offer the Order of Service, hymnals, and any special handouts.

More

Ushers provide support and care, give directions to restrooms, assist with suitable seating (including seats close to speakers), and assist with the Offering collection.

We will have a fun Meet-and-Greet for new volunteers on October 12th, after our Sunday Service. ​Sign up soon and let us know when you can join us! We'll be in touch!

We hope you’ll join our team. You can serve as often as you are able, whether weekly, a time or two a month, or less frequently. We will hold an informal “meet and greet” with new Greeter and Usher volunteers in October.
